Just plug your iPod into your computer using the USB cable that came with the iPod when it was purchased. As soon as the ipod is connected it should start syncing by itself. The ipod screen will say “syncing DO NOT DISCONNECT” for a bout 30 seconds and then go back to the ipod home screen. Any songs that were not on your ipod before but were on your computer are not synced onto you’re ipod.
