How do I put Field Force Manager in the background of the device without exiting the application?
To suspend Field Force Manager to the background of the device, so it is still active, press the Red Hang Up key if you are using a Motorola device or the End key if you are using a Verizon Wireless device. Suspending the application will allow the user to make device calls and do any other actions they may need to on the device. If you select the Exit option from the Field Force Manager screen on the device, the application will shut off and will no longer be active on the device.
