How do I put a PIN Code on my text messages on my Nokia N95 phone?
As people have previously said you cannot put a lock on just your text messages. There are two types of security features the N95 offer, the first one of these is the PIN code which has to be entered in order for the phone to start up and the second one is the lock code. The lock code (menu -> Settings -> General -> Security -> Phone and SIM card) allows you to completley lock the handset whilst the phone is on so that in order to look at messages make calls or so on the code must first be entered (phone calls can be answered as normal). To do this you need to change the Phone autolock settings to a desired time. The phone will then lock itself after this amount of time. You can also lock the phone at any time by pressing the top power button and going to lock phone.
