The following steps will purge all messages that are waiting to be sent to a user’s BlackBerry handheld. 1. Open Microsoft Exchange Administrator. 2. Select the Recipients container for that specific Microsoft Exchange site. 3. Open the user’s account. 4. Select the BlackBerry tab. 5. Select Purge Pending.
