How do I purchase the Windows Vista Enterprise or Vista Ultimate instead of the Windows Vista Business License?
In order to be licensed for Enterprise or Ultimate, you must purchase the “Windows Vista Business License with Software Assurance” (SA) product or the “Windows Vista Business SA” (for qualifying computers only; see FAQ#26). Under Microsoft’s promotion, for customers participating in SA, they are entitled to a higher version called Vista Enterprise, or even Vista Ultimate. Vista Ent nor Ultimate is not available as a license-only product – use of these versions are restricted for those with valid SA Licenses.
