You can purchase the On-X Go Prepaid Card instantly at various retail outlets throughout the UK or online. No identification is required to purchase, however you must be at least 18 years old. On-X Go Plus or On-X Go Xtra are available online, your identity will need to be verified in order for you to receive these products. If you have applied for the upgrade to On-X Go Plus, when your application is successful the limits on your card will be instantly increased and you can continue to use your card. For the On-X Go Xtra you will receive a new personalised card within 28 days. You can continue to use your current On-X Pay & Go Card during this time however once you receive your new personalised card you be able transfer the remaining funds to your new card (as per the card instructions sent to you). Once the funds have been transferred the original card will cancelled and should be disposed of from that time.
