How do I prove I made a payment using BOI STAR ePay Service?
BillDesk will send you an e-mail confirmation (if you have registered with your e-mail id) of payments made through BOI STAR ePay. Also as all payments are made by a debit to your Bank of India account, these would reflect in your pass-book/ bank statement as well. In case of a specific dispute with a biller, Bank of India will provide evidence of the payment.
