By law, TV’s and computer monitors from businesses can not be put in the landfill. TV’s and monitors can be brought to the office at the recycling center and recycled for $.35 per pound based on the weight of the TV or monitor. The hard drive, key board, and the mouse are free. Residents can choose to recycle their monitors and TVs at the same cost or can landfill them. More information is available under “services”.
