How do I program System Speed Dial numbers and names?
You must be on an available extension with a display phone. The extension must be allowed to do system programming in Class of Service. See you system administrator or Panasonic dealer for the available extensions. Usually the main phone can do the programming and will have the lowest numbered extension. When you have determined the correct phone, do the keystrokes listed in the example below. EXAMPLE: We are going to program Jo Ann in Speed Dial Code 099. Her number is 858 555-1212. The TDA system can store 1000 numbers and they are stored in Speed Codes 000 to 999. For our example, we will use speed code 099.
