If you have a Representative Assisted Account, you may process a redemption, exchange funds, or place a stock trade through your Financial Consultant or by contacting us. If you have a Self-Directed Account, you may process a redemption from your equity account, and exchange funds or place a stock trade from your IRA or equity account through our online trade service, by using our Automated Account Service, or by contacting us.
