From the main FedEx Ship Manager QuickShip shipping screen: 1. Select the desired shipping service from the drop-down Service menu. 2. Enter the Customer ID or enter the address information on the right. Be sure to use the full street address (Post Office Box numbers are not acceptable), city, state, and zip. If you want to store the address in your address book for easy access in the future, click on the Save button below the address fields. 3. You may enter an Invoice number for the package that is being shipped to identify the package. 4. You may enter a Department to track what internal department is shipping. 5. You may enter a Shipment ID to further identify the package being shipped. 6. Enter the weight of the shipment. 7. Enter the number of packages for the shipment in the Package Count field if it exceeds the default value of 1. 8.
