1. Go to the reports and mailing labels. 2. Instead of printing use the icon next to the printer icon to save it to a file. You want the comma seperated values (csv) and disk file. 3. Save it to a place you will know where it is. 4. Load Word. 5. Select Tools — Letters and Mailings —- Mail Merge Wizard ——————————————————————– Step One – Document Type is Labels Step Two – Change document layout – select label options and select the label you are using (usually on the box) Step Three – Select recipients – this is where you need to put the location of the csv file you made in VetRex from reports. Look at th edit recipients list to see what the field name are called. I’m using the ones from my csv file. Yours may be different. Step Four – Select Address Block. A new window will come up.
