How do I print the District Attorney Reporting (DAR)?
The DAR is separated into two sections for printing. Pages 1-5 contain the statistical information and are presented in a portrait format. Pages 6+ contain the Defendant Records information and are presented in a landscape format. To print the DAR information, use the print option by following these steps: Select menu item “Search” Search for the DAR you wish to print. Select the DAR that you want to print, click on the version number in the column titled “Total Versions. Select the option print Pg 1-5 or Pg 6+. Pages 6+ are the Defendant Records. Once Adobe displays the DAR on the screen, click on the print icon or choose File/Print in the top menu bar. For best results, select legal size paper for printing Pg 6+.
