How do I print multiple medication bottle labels or chart labels at one time?
Go to Utilities, Generate Chart Labels or Generate Medicine Bottle Labels. Chart Labels are for medications that were delivered in a certain time frame and labels will be displayed for multiple patients. Medicine Bottle Labels will print in batch for multiple patients and providers based on the receipt date of medications. Can I enter a patient’s Green Card Number in TPC if they do not have a SSN? A: Yes. TPC does not mask the SSN field during data entry (where the hypens automatically appear). This field will handle data entry of letters and numbers. If delivery of a medication is split up monthly for a patient as in 30 30 30, can I view the dates for each delivery? A: Yes. On the Welcome Screen, select View next to Patient Overview on the left side of the screen. Locate a patient’s name and click the plus symbol to the left of their name to expand the medications requested for the patient.
