How do I print labels in Access?

How do I print labels in Access? If there are too many columns then it will down to the wrong stationery chosen during the label wizard tool process (in label reports). You can change the columns, widths and other attributes via the page setup dialog box. Make sure you are in the design view of the (label) report and from the file menu choose page setup (or in Access 2007, from the ribbon bar, click the page set icon). The dialog box will have three tabs which the last two will need checking and adjusting. Use the print preview to confirm there are no extra spaces causing extra pages. If so, change (by narrowing) margins in the page setup dialog. Hope this helped.
