When working with hosted applications, some additional steps are required in order to configure local printing. Local printing refers to any printer configured on to print from your computer, whether physically attached or connected via a network. The printer software, or driver, is required to be installed on the Citrix Metaframe NT Servers that are hosted by Qwest. We have installed many of the popular printer drivers to support a majority of our clients printers. Currently ProjectTalk can only support printer drivers that are Windows NT-compatible. If the system does not identify your printer after you have selected it, please contact the Technical Support department and provide them with the make and model name/number. To setup a printer in Prolog Manager in ProjectTalk • Click Print from the menu bar. • Select Printer Setup. • Click the Network button. • Choose Client from the drop down, and then select your printer.
