How do i print an a5 booklet using InDesign on a4 paper?
Imagine the booklet opened up in the centre – where the staples appear. Each page could be double sided therefore the cover (or 1st page) would have the cover on the front of the left hand side with the last page printed opposite it on the right – each A5 would fit the A4 then turn it over and print the other side, this time page 2 on the left and the inside rear cover to the right. Then continue the process until you have completed it and if you then put all the A4 sheets together, fold them in half, you will have your completed booklet. Does that make sense? I hope so.
