How do I print a topline or crosstab analysis?

Once youve produced a topline analysis, you simply click on the Print button in the bottom left corner of the page to open your browsers print dialog box. You can rotate the pie chart to make the data labels fit more neatly on the page; simply move your cursor to the chart, hold down the left button and use your mouse to rotate the pie chart. For a crosstab analysis, you first must select a Portrait or Landscape format and then click on the Print button. In the print dialog box, you also may have to select Portrait or Landscape under Properties before printing. To print or to hide the background colors in your charts, you may have to enable that choice if you are using Internet Explorer. From the Tools menu, select Internet Options and then select the Advanced tab. There you can check or uncheck Print Background Colors and Images.
