• Enter your MSL information. Click on MSL at the bottom of the screen. • You may select shipments by All Data, Date Shipped, Mark For, Project Code, Ship To, Container No., or Pallet. On the popup list, highlight the desired shipments. To select all shipments, choose Select All Records. • Select OK. • Select Label Printer. Note: In order to print to a label printer, you must select the appropriate printer in Setup. • You will see one of the following screens, based on your label printer setup: Intermec 3400B / 4420 Zebra Z4000 / PT400 / Z4M • Select the number of copies to be printed. • For the Intermec printer, the default for the Reload Form option is No. (If the form in the printer memory becomes corrupted and there is a problem printing the form, you may select Yes for this option.)
