How do I print a Military Shipment Label (DD Form 1387) to a laser printer?
• Enter your MSL information. Click on MSL at the bottom of the screen. • You may select shipments by Record, Date Shipped, Mark For, Project Code, Ship To, Container or Pallet. On the popup list, highlight the desired shipments. To select all shipments, choose Select All Records. • Select OK. • Select Laser Printer. • Select the number of copies to be printed. • Select the number of MSLs per page. • Select Preview Report or Print Report. If you have selected Preview Report, you can view the report on the screen before printing a copy. If you have selected Print Report, the report will be sent directly to the printer. • Select OK. You may also choose to print labels using label stock. You may use any label stock that is designed to work with your laser printer, as long as the stock only has 2 labels per page, and little or no margins.
