A. If you want to see a preview of a rarred MPEG clip, just download the first few parts (RAR, .R00, .R01, etc.) and unrar. Tell your rar program to keep broken files (in WinRAR, check the “Keep broken files” in the “Extract to” dialog box). Those who post VCDs are encouraged to post sample video caps or clips as a preview (most often seen in the “support.zip” files).
