Carry out these steps: 1. Open McAfee firewall. 2. Select ‘control internet programs’ from the menu on the left hand side of the application. 3. Search for NotifEye Messenger in the list and select the program. 4. Then select ‘allow this program to have full, unfiltered access to the internet’. These changes do not seem to always take affect immediately and may require you to restart the computer. 5. Try to run NotifEye Messenger again after this.
