To prevent any slippage please follow the installation instructions found on our “DEMOS” page. It will explain everything from prepping the client to giving the client instruction on after-care. Some clients may be candidates that experience slippage due to extremely thin hair, natural oily hair/scalp, or if they use certain hair products. Please make sure that their hair is prepared properly prior to installation by using a detoxifying shampoo and no product on hair after the shampoo whatsoever. You can use the “fold the link like a taco and close it like a book” technique by using the “half hole” tools, or you can also use the silicone-lined links. You must also make sure that you are filling the link with enough natural hair with the extension hair. Please note that there are clients that may not be good candidates for hair extension due to slippage issues due to hair type and no fault of their own, the product, or the installer.
