How do I prevent gallbladder attacks, or how do I ease the attacks.
I, having been introduced to gall bladder attacks at 20, have found two ways to ease symptoms. These arent preventative methods, but they will ease the pain when you are having the attack. I began having gall bladder attacks about twice a week. I began to realize when i was going to have an attack. When you get that feeling, the tightness in your back muscles, the pressure in your stomache, go to the shower. Get in the shower as soon as possible. Turn the temperature as hot as you can stand it. Aim the water on your back muscles, turn around and aim toward your chest and stomache. Keep turning and turning. This will relax the muscles which is the cause of most of the pain. The turning around in circles stirs the bile in your gall bladder, moving the stones and slush from the exit. This may take some 20 to 30 minutes. When the symptoms ease, continue to do this a while longer or risk a relapse. Some times if it wouldnt ease up I would have to purge my stomache, which the color of pure y
