How do I prevent a News Group from being blocked by CyberSieve?
If CyberSieve blocks certain News Group for some reason but you consider this News Group viewable, you can add the News Group to the “Trusted News Groups” list to prevent the it from being blocked by CyberSieve. Open the CyberSieve Control Panel, click on Settings and select “News Group”. Click on “Trusted News Groups List” link, select the user’s group, mark the “Enable Trusted News Group List” checkbox and push the “Add” button. Enter the trusted News Group name, choose the user’s group and push the “OK” button. Use “Add”, “Edit” and “Delete” buttons located on the bottom of the window to edit the list.
