How do I prepare my employee base for launch of the Business Ringback Tones service?
The end user should be informed by email (or some other communication vehicle) about the coming change at least one week before the Business Ringback tone is assigned. The URL to the custom tone might be included in this email to allow the end user to hear the tone. The communication should explain the rationale for use of Business Ringback Tones, the benefits to the company, and when it will be applied. Upon launch, the emails that may be directed to the administrator’s contact email would ideally be managed closely for the first week.
