How do I prepare a proposal for submission to an external sponsor?
Each agency and program has specific proposal formats and requirements. ORS will provide guidance in preparing proposals. Does anyone else need to sign my application? Yes. Research grants and contracts are legally binding agreements. All resarch proposals and agreemetns must be signed on behalf of the University by ORS before they are sent to the sponsor. All applications/agreements brought to ORS should be accompanied by a completed Research Grant/Contract Authorization Form.
