How do I prepare a file to import teacher data in to the FASTT Math database?

You will need to create a tab-delimited text file with defined columns. The only columns required to create a teacher account are First Name, Last Name and Password. Passwords must be between 4 and 12 characters in length using letters and/or numbers with no blank spaces. Passwords are not case-sensitive.
