If you have already made a reservation directly through the Hacienda Chichen Resort Reservation Office and have received a confirmation number from them, kindly send us an email with the following information: 1) Name the reservation was made under. 2) Hacienda Chichen Resort reservation number. 3) Number of nights reserved. 4) Date of nights reserved. 5) Number of rooms reserved. 6) Type of room(s) reserved. 7) Number of persons over the age of 11 (eleven) in your party. 8) Number of persons under the age of 12 (twelve) in your party. 9) Telephone number and the best times we can reach you.
