Internet Explorer enables you to choose the locations of the buttons in its toolbar. When you install PopUpCop, PopUpCop’s buttons appear in the lower right-hand row of buttons. You may prefer to see them elsewhere. Each set of buttons in Internet Explorer’s toolbar has a “handle” — a vertical bar to the left of each set of buttons. (On Windows XP, the handle appears as a vertical line of dots.) To rearrange the layout of the buttons in the toolbar, use your mouse to grab a handle and drag it to any button row in the toolbar, or drag it below or above the button rows to create a new row. If you have Internet Explorer version 6, you may need first to unlock the toolbar. When the toolbar is locked, the handles are not visible. To unlock the toolbar, pull down Internet Explorer’s View menu and choose Toolbars. If the menu includes an item named Lock the Toolbars and that menu item is checked, click on it.
