How do I plot data on logarithm-probability graph using EXCEL?

Excel will let you plot a logarithmic y axis, but not directly from the graph wizard. Plot your data on your preferred graph style in the normal way. Once you have the linear version (either on a tab or inserted in your original worksheet), right click on the y axis to select it. Choose ‘format axis’. Go to the ‘scale’ tab. This will give you the option of selecting a logarithmic scale.
