Most of the video website use .flv video which is called FLASH videos. You can easily read them with VLC Player or FLV Player. Some of the video are HD/HQ video (High Definition/High Quality). They are .mp4 video and are readable by mp4 device like iPod or PSP. Of course you can read them on your computer with VLC or Quicktime. If, when you download a video, it doesn’t have an extension, just add .flv at the end.
