If you want to use your computer’s Conexant audio equipment to output high-definition audio from your sound card, you’ll need to manually configure your hardware to allow this through the Control Panel. By default, your sound card is going to be outputting audio to only two channels. You will need to manually adjust the number of speakers you’re using with your PC in the Control Panel to take advance of Conexant’s high-definition capabilities.
