If when you install RA v3.03 and you try to play a Network game, but there are no aftermath units, go to Start>Run>regedit Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE>SOFTWARE>WESTWOOD and Double click on the key: “AftermathInstalled”. Change the DWORD value to 00000001. Close Regedit.exe and your problem is solved!
