How do I plan a special event with Amherst College Dining Services?
Your initial contact person will be our Catering Staff Associate at 542-2842, who will discuss your catering needs and either refer you to one of our managers or in some cases, plan your event at that time. Events which are being ordered directly off the menu may be handled over the phone, but for those requiring special customization, we ask that you make an appointment with one of our managers well in advance of your event.
