How do I place an order with Topline Medical?
• Existing customers with approved credit accounts can submit a Purchase Order to DMS Topline Medical via phone, fax or e-mail. International customers can place their orders via phone, fax, or e-mail method, but no shipments can be made until payment for the order is received. New customers should contact a DMS Topline Medical representative. Credit accounts can be established by submitting a completed copy of Credit Application Form, or an accepted credit reference letter with credit, banking, and trade references; and financial or administrative signature included.
