How do I place an order with Playbox Zone?
At Playbox Zone we have tried to make the order process as simple as possible, to place an order follow the steps below: 1. Every item on the website has an “Add to Cart” or “Preorder” button. To add the item you want to your cart click on this button (you will see the item appear in your “Shopping Cart”, located on the right hand side below the “Login” box). 2. Repeat step one for every item you wish to buy. 3. If you are a returning customer then please enter your username and password now (if you have forgotten your password then please follow the instructions in the “I have forgotten my password” FAQ). 4. When you are ready to check your cart out click on the “Checkout” link (located beneath your products in the “Shopping Cart” box), this will take you to a cart summary so you can check that the items you want are correct or make changes as needed (remember to click on “Update” before continuing). 5.
