First you’ll need to register with FMV Auctions; you’ll create and ID and Password and then get a free account with FMV. From there you’ll be able to add your own auctions directly into the site – quickly and conveniently! Each property you place with FMV will have its own Property Bid Page from which the Auction will be conducted. In addition, you can monitor all your auctions from your own account page – giving you convenient access to everything happening with your properties. Please note that FMV does NOT require buyers or sellers to be represented by a real estate agent in order to use FMV Auctions – FSBO’s and direct buyers are allowed – however FMV does recommend you utilize an agent simply because real estate transactions involve legal contracts and using an agent might be a valuable asset to have.
