Just dial (786) 363-0002, wait for the prompt, then 011 + Country Code + City Code + Phone Number. Remember; do not hit the “send” key a second time!!! If you are dialing a destination cell number, there is no City Code. If you are dialing Canada, after the prompt dial 1 + Area Code + Number.
