There are 4 ways we can get the hair colour right for you. • Choose the color directly off the screen in front of youdont worry if it seems to be a little out, as each color displayed will accommodate a shade or two above or below it. Pretty easyif you know that your hair is so dark that it is almost black, but you can see the brown in it still, then you would be a number 2! If you are a nice chocolate brown color or a little bit lighter, then a number 4 is perfect for you! But, if you do get the wrong color, it is okjust send it back unopened, and we will send you the right color! • Simply Email us a picture of your hair and our very clever staff members will match the color for you! Too easy! • Send us a swatch of your hair! Cut off only a few hairs, although make it enough for us to have a clear idea of the color you are after.
