How do I pick between two items on a self-assessment when both statements appear to be the right answer?
In many instances you may feel that both items are equally positive statements (this is a common feeling). Since a major goal of the assessment is to determine your long-term job compatibility (not passing or failing), simply select the item in each pair that best describes you. It is best to go with your first impression rather than spending a great deal of time with each pairing.
