The SharpMX printer now defaults to monochrome (duplexed) output. To persuade it to print colour you will need to change the printer settings in the extended printer dialogue. Having selected ‘SharpMX’ select ‘Printer Features’, then ‘Color 1 1’ from the ‘Feature Sets’ option. Now set ‘Color Mode’ to ‘Color’ instead of ‘Black and White’. This print job will now be spooled and printed in colour.
