If you are using PA 529 GSP funds, please follow the steps below: Student Instructions • Log onto elion.psu.edu • Select “Bills Tuition/Other” from the left-hand menu. • If your tuition bill is not displayed, select the tuition bill for the appropriate semester and click “Continue”. • Print a copy of the bill for the PA 529 GSP account owner to submit with the PA 529 GSP Payment Authorization Form. Print any additional copies of the bill as needed. Once registration is completed, the bill will no longer be available. • Select “Request changes to bill” and click “Continue”. • If all copies of bill needed have been printed, click “Continue”. • Check the box next to “Claim Pennsylvania 529 College Savings Plan or other 529 payments”. • Enter the amount of the PA 529 GSP payment in the Explanation Box. • If full payment is being made by PA 529 GSP enter zero (0) in the “I expect the adjusted semester charges to be $” box. Otherwise, reduce the number in this box by the PA 529 GSP payment.
