How do I pay for my SuperLine calls?
You can pay by credit card or Direct Debit, in arrears. If payment is by credit card:- once a week our billing system checks each account. If your account balance is greater than £10, then the total amount will be debited from your credit card. This process will be repeated each week. If the total is less than £10 after one continuous month, you will then be debited the full outstanding amount. If payment is by Direct Debit: A bill will be raised for the total amount due for calls made during the month on the last day of each month. This will be submitted to your designated bank for payment on the 10th of the month following.
