If the cost of the group training event is from $3k to $25k, the coordinating office is advised to have their local administrative officer use the hardcopy OPM SF-182 http://www.opm.gov/forms/pdf_fill/SF182.pdf as the authorizing document and then use an 😯 document to obligate and an 8-V document to pay for the training. This form will require the approval of the Strategic Employee Development Consultant in OED. Pam Marsters will serve in this capacity and can be reached at: pmarster@usgs.gov, tel. 703-648-6703. When approved, Pam will sign the form on Page 2, under blocks 3a-3e and return the form to the Administrative Officer for final processing.
