Choose “pay by mail” as your payment method and then follow the printable mail order instructions that will be provided. Once we receive your payment in the mail, your order will be sent to you via email. USA customers may pay by personal check, money order, or cashier’s check. International / non-USA customers can use money order or cashier’s check made out to the exact specified amount in USD (sorry, must be in USD!). You may typically purchase a money order from the local post office, bank, and many other places. Sorry, no personal checks for orders outside of the USA.
