How do I paste rich content (such as an Excel spreadsheet) into an email?

Notes does support rich text editing but if you copy and just paste something like a table from an Excel spreadsheet into a mail message the table will be pasted as a picture. This may be acceptable, but you may wish the table to be editable when the recipient receives it, which a pasted picture is not. So you need to select Edit > Paste Special and chose one of the other options such as Rich text or Excel worksheet for the pasted content to be editable.
