How do I password protect a PageBuilder page?
Method 1 Site-in-a-Box includes the ability to easily password protect any PageBuilder page by filling in the “password” field in the backend. Method 2 To password protect a PageBuilder page in SIB, you can put the following line inside the rich-text editor. If you put it at the top of the page, no text will be visible until the password is entered. If you place it further down in the page, any text above this line will be seen, with the password needed to see the remaining text. [password=”rosebud”] Replace ‘rosebud’ with your chosen password. Please keep in mind this is a very simple password protection and not strong enough to put sensitive information behind, such as Credit Card numbers or SSN, etc. Method 3 SIB includes a feature to limit access to pages based of user Subscription. You can put these users in “groups” that you define and then limit access to pages to selected groups only. A user that wanted to reach the contents of the page would have to be logged in as a Subscribe
