How do I password protect a directory in CPanel?
*This article assumes you are already logged into CPanel* In the second row, 5th to the right you will see an icon labeled as Password Protect Directories. Click on it. On this page there is a list of all the folders in your home directory. Find the folder or sub-folder that you wish to add password protection to. Once you have done so, click on the name of the folder (not the folder icon) and this will take you to a new page.
