How do i overcome these feelings of loneliness, anxiety and depression?
I am so sorry you feel this way. I for one still have anxiety and paranoia problems but I have made huge step forward. You have to realize that anything you do is going to make a big difference. You have change from the inside out. Put up note cards around your home that have good things that you like about yourself. I put ones up in the bathroom mirror that I see everyday when I get ready. Put on up by where you fix meals. Put one in your wallet. Anything that will help you raise your confidence. You have to love yourself before anyone else can love you. You can have a loving relationship but you have to commit to a relationship inside yourself (which sounds stupid) but if you can depend on yourself then why have someone else depend on you. Anxiety and Paranoia can’t be fixed in one day, it happens over time. The best therapy for me was going to laser tag and paint balling. People go there all the time and whoever shows up is against one another…so there will be some random people s
